Catering Manager
The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for capturing and detailing of the social, wedding, and tour market. Responsibilities include prospecting, soliciting, negotiating and confirming new and repeat business. Manages all catered events. Works with clients/customers to arrange and follow through on all catering details and to ensure all special requests are met. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Directs setup for events. Conducts site visits, attends trade shows and hotel events. Some travel is required.
